Each class will offer a personalized menu by you and the chef to make it a fun �hands-on� or demonstration lesson with plenty of tastings to indulge all your senses.

Each skills and technique cooking class includes a hands-on cooking segment and an information sharing segment. The Chef tailors each cooking class to the client�s level (beginner to epicurean), interests, and food preferences. He writes the menu and recipes, shops for the products to present the class, and provides informational handouts.
